Early on, I discovered the power of raw veganism, fasting, and detoxing. For over a decade, I lived by these principles, committed to a clean, intentional lifestyle. But in my late twenties, I reintroduced animal products into my diet and encountered a shocking realization: my testosterone levels were comparable to those of an 80-year-old man.
